Having issues with VNC

Wow, I love working on this damn computer.
Here’s my issue: I keep having problems with VNC and Fedora.  The service kicks me off and I have no ability to reset it from SSH.  Get this, the error message is FAILED in RED LETTERS:
Shutting down VNC server: David                            [FAILED]

Upgraded to Fedora 11

Upgrading to Fedora 11 was quite a mission.� Apparently the earlier upgrade was corrupted and yum did not work.� The upgrade feature didn’t even work so I backed everything up and installed it fresh.

Thoughts about Moodle

This is the first semester I’ve used moodle for class and it’s been a great success.  Creating tests is easy and I love the fact that grades are applied immediately for multiple choice questions.  Moodle makes grading essays simple as well.

Updating Linux

I am having an issue with yum and Feodora 11.  I tried updating yum but to no avail.  I think the best solution is to back up the web server files and configurations and re-install 11 fresh.  I think there was an issue with the previous update that I never fixed.

I finally have a remote login for my “Online School.”   I think I’d like to buy a domain name like “freerschool.com”.   I’ll have to think that one through.  Yep, I bought freerschool.com   I’m thinking camtasia, allowing people to comment on student work, wikis, forum.  Of course my programs!
