Having issues with VNC

Wow, I love working on this damn computer.
Here’s my issue: I keep having problems with VNC and Fedora.  The service kicks me off and I have no ability to reset it from SSH.  Get this, the error message is FAILED in RED LETTERS:
Shutting down VNC server: David                            [FAILED]
Starting VNC server: David                                 [FAILED]

I am looking forward to redesigning my Vocabulary Program with a student at Dade.  He’s an exceptional designer.  It’s in need of a redesign.
