Basically, I use this site to chronicle on-going projects and ideas. It tends to focus on three areas:
- Teaching
- Programming
- Real Estate.
Let me elaborate. I’ve taught programming at Miami Dade, Social Studies at the high school level, and test preparation tutoring. I use this blog to reflect on lessons.
I’ve been programming off and on for about a decade. Mostly I’ve been programming for college classes I’ve taken or taught but now and then I work on something for more practical purposes. This intersects with my first interest because I tend to work on programs for students and learners, rather than programs for programmers.
Lastly, I tend to write about real estate in the Miami area. Specifically I’m interested in how to save money and keep commercial and residential properties rented. I’ve used Google Adwords and created websites to improve my online presence.
I try to keep the following in mind:
